The Pacific Section wants attendees at the 2010 National Specialty to feel welcome and there are a number of events and exhibitor perks included to meet this goal.

Attention all exhibitors
With all the activities of the Renaissance All Breed show and the numerous specialties, grooming space will be a tight squeeze this year.
Pacific Section has booked a group set up for our exhibitors with power to share. We expect you won't be greedy with the space. We will have an area roped off for Belgian fanciers when you arrive on Thursday.
For those who are traveling by air a few of our local members have offered extra ex-pens and grooming tables. They will be set up and marked "GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS." If you have any questions or are arriving late and want a spot secured, please contact the show chair.

Through out the weekend we will be hosting coffee service at the club hospitality tent on site at Heritage Park. Our specialty merchandise will also be for sale at the tent. If you can spare a few hours sometime during the weekend we will love to see you there pitching in. The Hospitality tent will be on site in the RV parking at the Heritage venue. On Thursday afternoon, following the Herding events at Downriver Farms, there will be a Meet and Greet Wine and Cheese for Club Members and Exhibitors. The event runs from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. and will be held at the Heritage Park show site under the Club canopy and all participants are welcome. |

The Belgian Shepherd Dog Club of Canada Annual General Meeting will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m. Agenda and place will be available at the show. All members are encouraged to attend. |

Banquet and Awards Dinner |

On Saturday evening, you don't want to miss the Banquet and Awards presentation. The Banquet will be held at the Best Western Rainbow Country Inn, beginning with a No Host (cash) bar at 6:30. Dinner will be served at 7:00, followed by the Awards presentation, silent auction and raffle draws. Tickets must be reserved by March 26th, so don't leave it too late.
